The hotel has a great family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of activities that keep the kids entertained, and the pool area is a definite highlight. The breakfast offerings are decent, setting a positive tone for the day. However, noise from the bar and the presence of many children can disrupt the peacefulness of your stay, especially at night.
Rooms

We had a family room which was spacious, but could hear some noise from the bar below. The larger rooms with sea views looked much better than ours.
Service

Most staff were helpful, though not all appeared particularly happy. Service during meals was average, especially with the repetitive dinner menu.

We recently spent a wonderful weekend at the hotel, enjoying spacious family rooms and a fantastic dining experience. The breakfast was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. However, I encountered some cleanliness issues in our room, which detracted from an otherwise lovely stay. The pool area and spa facilities were very nice, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the spacious rooms offered a lovely view, they were in need of some updates, and the Wi-Fi was very unreliable. The breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection to start the day. However, I was disappointed with the limited dining options for dinner, which felt quite repetitive. Overall, it has potential but could certainly improve in several areas.

The hotel offers a prime beachfront location, ideal for families with plenty of children's activities. The rooms, though spacious, need a bit of an update to feel more modern and comfortable. Staff members genuinely go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay, adding to the warm atmosphere. However, the breakfast could use improvement, as it doesn't always meet the expectation for hot food. Wi-Fi connectivity is quite poor in the rooms, which can be an issue for guests, especially families with teens.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms are spacious but showing signs of age. My adapted room was comfortable with a large walk-in shower, although I noticed an odd smell coming from the bathroom.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent, with the staff being incredibly friendly and willing to help. They really went the extra mile to accommodate our requests.
Location
8.0
The hotel sits right across from the beach, making it easy to enjoy seaside activities, but it's a bit far to walk to other attractions in Blackpool.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast had a good variety but lacked the heat we expected. The staff did offer to cook something fresh for me, which was appreciated.
Facilities

The pool area was enjoyable and well-maintained, though quite busy during peak times.

While the hotel offers a lovely location just a hop away from the beach and spacious rooms, my experience was marred by a few issues. The service left much to be desired, especially with the condescending attitude from staff and the chaotic breakfast setup. However, the pool area and gym were highlights, and the views from the rooms at the front are spectacular.
Rooms
7.0
I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the lovely sea view, but it felt a bit tired and could use a refresh.
Service
5.0
The service was underwhelming, particularly at the reception where I felt condescended to rather than assisted.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, being so close to the beach and offers easy access to local attractions.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite chaotic with long queues and not enough clarity on seating arrangements, which really needs improvement.
Facilities
8.0
The pool and gym facilities were impressive and well-maintained, making them an enjoyable part of my stay.
